Zefron really got into character for that BAYWATCH film. As we said before, he looks like he’s been on a regime of pre-workout, muscle milk, a truckload of self-tanner, steaks and THE GOOD SHIT to get into shape for this.     he was once a lovely singing dancing musical theater guy. so much pressure to be ripped, straight-acting and appearing, and hypermasculine.
