OMG, this may prove the answer to my life-long quandary of: “how DO I eat my pizza and drive at the same time?!”
So basically, it is a calzone that is open at one end or a giant pizza roll. New Yorkers tend to fold their slices so the topping wind up inside, so rolling it into a cone isn’t all that different. The only downside I can see is there is less surface area for the cheese to get all brown and toasted.
