I can get outta TJ’s without spending a lot but NOBODY escapes without buying 500x their healthy sodium intake. Careful with those prepared sandwiches, frozen foods etc… the reason everyone loves it so much is it’s hella salty food. Not all, obv, but think of that salt intake b4 u get all the TJ.
We have a Trader Joe’s here in Rhode Island that I’ve been to a few times. It’s okay, but I would not go out of my way to shop there. The store, too me, is just overly LOUD – it’s an echo chamber and for someone suffering from a mild PTSD, it’s hard to feel comfortable when all you want to do is find an exit.
I’ve bought a few things there, but nothing I can’t find in other versions elsewhere.
