You may know one of the biggest names in music today as Chappell Roan, a name coined by combining her grandfather’s last name and a word taken from his favourite song, “The Strawberry Roan” by Curley Fletcher. Chappell has expressed a dislike for her government name, Kayleigh Rose.
We get it! Taylor Swift already had the Ashleigh-Kayleigh-McKenneigh market in the bag. Why bother when you can be way more fun and freaky?
