!! OMG, new music: Kat Duma ‘Lullaby’ !!

Kat Duma has just announced her second album, Lullaby, arriving May 22nd. Duma’s debut, Real Life (2023) felt both lo-fi and cinematic, and positioned Kat as the one to watch for Queen of late night/early morning comedown anthems, and the perfect soundtrack to bleached out hazy summer afternoons.

The Serbian-Canadian musician, producer, and DJ also shared the second single off the record, Mirrored Water, which follows the recent drop of the album’s title track.

Mirrored Water arrives alongside a spooky video directed and animated by Geoffrey Scott, which finds Duma exploring an ethereal, moonlit, Brothers Grimm-like fairytale forest.

When speaking about the song in a press release, she explains:

“Mirrored Water was partially inspired by time spent in the Sagano area of Kyoto, walking through temple grounds where the landscape was reflected cleanly in still, black pools…my attention kept drifting beneath the surface. That impulse became the core of the song. The feeling of identifying more with what’s underneath than with what’s being reflected so perfectly above.”

Check out the video and see what she discovers below the surface!

!! OMG, new music: Tshegue rips through a graphic novel nightmare in ‘Psycho’ !!

In the fever-dream visuals for “Psycho,” Tshegue frontwoman Faty Sy Savané tears through a comic book-esque dystopia, shapeshifting between characters, most memorably a monstrous political figure lording over a crumbling city.

It’s chaotic, confrontational, and exactly the kind of energy you’d expect from a duo that fuses Congolese punk with no-wave abandon. The clip plays out like a graphic novel come unhinged.

“Psycho” also happens to be the title track of Tshegue’s forthcoming EP, due out May 29th via Animal63.

!! OMG Playlist: March 2026 !!

OMG Playlist March 2026

Every month, our music editor ED curates a special selection of newly released music for the OMG Playlist on Spotify (follow us @omgblog).

One of many sounds on repeat for March is Underscores – U. In this album, Underscores strikes the perfect balance between everyday, palatable pop and edges of experimental abrasiveness. “Body Feeling” sounds like a Carly Rae Jepsen song that’s been slightly jacked up. Personally, we love this combination, and we think you will too.

That’s not to say we’re not into the full sludge sound—in fact, we have a real penchant for it! It comes up many times in this playlist in tracks such as:

Dorian Electra – “Feel Good” (yes, like a Gorillaz cover)
Tatyana Jane – “Orbit”
Slew – “Ludu”
Ouri, Umbra – “Lose Control”
ADULT. – “Affordable Decorating”
Angel Money – “Pretty Girl Dose”

We also love when a wistful breeze washes over us, and we want to cast that feeling onto you as well with tracks like:

Jump Source (feat. POiSON GiRL FRiEND) – “Close”
Hyd – “Angel”
Anna Calvi, Perfume Genius – “I See a Darkness”
Robyn – “Blow My Mind”

The point is, you should listen to it yourself! There are over 2 hours of fun new tracks waiting for you. Check out our March 2026 OMG Playlist after the jump.

!! OMG, Fun Fun’s Mix 65: DJ Tommy Hart !!

Fun Fun Mix series presents Tommy Hart for their 65th edition:

Tommy is a matchmaker of soul and sound, crafting moments of euphoria and release from inside the booth. Shaped by his formative years in New York, he blends deep, soul-snatching rhythms with ecstatic, peak-time anthems, guiding dancers toward empowerment, expansiveness, and freedom. At home in Mexico City, Hart frames the juxtaposition of chaos and control in the city as a never-ending dialogue between house and techno–gathering heat, simmering and shaking, until finally reaching a boiling point. This mix is a closing set at Yuyu Cine Club in Mexico City, recorded live on January 3rd, 2026.
